Supplier standards
Trust is the product.
Get The Hair Professional should only list suppliers in a way that helps buyers make clearer decisions. A supplier does not need to be perfect, but the claims must be specific, realistic, and backed by buyer-facing terms.
Non-negotiables
No fake origin claims
Suppliers must not describe hair as donor, virgin, raw, Remy, or single donor unless they can explain what that means and what evidence supports it.
No misleading images
Product imagery should represent the supplier’s own stock, samples, or clearly labelled examples. Stolen or misleading images are not acceptable.
No hidden delivery reality
Buyers must be able to tell whether hair is UK stock, international stock, dropshipped, custom produced, or made to order.
No vague issue handling
Suppliers need a clear process for late orders, wrong colours, quality complaints, replacements, and returns.
