Verification process

Verified should mean reviewed, not just paid.

The site is at founding stage, so verification will start simple and strict. The first aim is to separate clear, responsive suppliers from vague supplier claims.

Verification levels

Example profile

Used to show how the directory works. Not a real listed supplier and not verified.

Applied supplier

Supplier has submitted details, but claims and buyer-facing policies have not yet been reviewed.

Reviewed supplier

Core details have been checked for clarity: stock route, lead times, product range, and published policies.

Buyer feedback added

Later stage only. Feedback should be tied to real buyer experience and handled carefully.

What we check first

  • Supplier identity and active website or sales channel.
  • Hair methods and product range.
  • Where stock is held and realistic delivery times.
  • Colour ring, sample, and MOQ terms.
  • Return, replacement, and complaint process.
  • Whether claims are specific enough to be useful.

Important: verification is not a guarantee that every order will be perfect. It is a trust filter that makes supplier claims clearer before buyers enquire or order.
