What the directory is and is not
Get The Hair Professional is being built as a supplier discovery and comparison directory for hair professionals. At this stage it is not an open marketplace, payment processor, escrow service, or order fulfilment provider.
Supplier profiles
Example profiles are used to show how the directory will work. They are not verified suppliers. Real supplier profiles should only be published after the supplier details and buyer-facing policies have been reviewed.
Buyer responsibility
Hair professionals should still carry out their own checks before ordering, including checking samples, colour ring terms, delivery times, returns, replacement policies, and suitability for their clients.
Supplier responsibility
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their claims, product descriptions, delivery promises, policies, and communication with buyers. Misleading claims may be refused, edited, or removed.
No order guarantee
A listing or reviewed status is designed to improve clarity. It is not a guarantee that every order, product, or buyer-supplier relationship will be problem-free.
The platform is being built trust-first. If a supplier cannot be clear about what they sell and what happens when something goes wrong, they are not a good fit for the directory.
