Supplier standards
Trust is the luxury layer.
A supplier does not need to be perfect, but claims must be specific, realistic, and backed by buyer-facing terms.
Non-negotiables
No fake origin claims
Terms like donor, virgin, raw, Remy, and luxury must be explained clearly.
No misleading images
Product imagery should represent the supplier’s own stock, samples, or clearly labelled examples.
No hidden delivery reality
Buyers must know whether hair is UK stock, international stock, dropshipped, custom, or made to order.
No vague issue handling
Late orders, wrong colours, quality complaints, returns, and replacements need a written process.
